Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement

This Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between [Bounce House
Rental Party LLC], located at Manatee County, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the
undersigned individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant” or “I”), collectively referred to as the
“Parties.”

1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that the use of bounce houses, water slides, and other inflatables (collectively
referred to as “Equipment”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury or damage to
persons or property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Equipment and agree to use
it at my own risk.

2. Release and Waiver:
In consideration of being permitted to use the Equipment provided by the Company, I hereby release,
waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its owners, employees, agents, representatives,
successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims,
demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may
be sustained by me or any third parties, including children, whether caused by the negligence of the
Released Parties or otherwise while using the Equipment.

3. Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims,
suits, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or resulting
from my use of the Equipment and any related activities, including but not limited to any injury or damage
caused by my negligence or the negligence of any third parties, including children.

4. Safety Rules and Instructions:
I acknowledge that I have been provided with safety rules and instructions for the use of the Equipment. I
agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by the Company and its representatives. I
understand that failure to adhere to these rules and instructions may result in injury or damage.

5. Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida,
USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought
exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

By booking and requesting any of our services or products, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability
Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
