- Bad Weather Conditions:In the event of inclement weather that poses a safety risk, customers may be eligible for a refund. However, refunds will only be issued if the customer cancels the reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery and installation time.
- Full Refund: If the customer cancels within the specified 24-hour window, a full refund will be provided.
- Late Cancellations: If the customer cancels the reservation after the 24-hour deadline, and our team has already departed to the delivery and installation address, a fee of $99 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of transportation and labor associated with the attempted delivery.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in a timely manner, typically within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the reservation.
